
The Wentworth Award for Excellence in Genealogical Writing is awarded at each year's Spring Conference to the author of an article published in the New Hampshire Genealogical Record in the previous year that "makes an exceptional contribution to NH genealogy."
The award is named in honor of William Edgar "Ed" Wentworth, a long-time member of NHSOG. He has transcribed and published an enormous number of records, including:
